Note: Identify your goalies on the roster with (G) for goalie. Ie. Smith # 30 (G) for a special goalie bag tag template.

Awesome Product
This is my second time purchasing these. They are great! My daughters spring hockey team is travelling this year so the custom tags were a must and the girls all ecstatic about them. Amazing Product
They turned out amazing and the kids absolutely loved them. The form was easy to fill out and it was so easy to customize the tag to our team colours and info. They made sure every detail was just right! I will order from here again next hockey season!

Great!
This is my second year getting tags for my kids' team. I'm very happy again with the tags. They're well made and resistant to kids' "abuse". The print is very crisp and clear and they're a hair thicker than a credit card which makes them sturdy. The loop that comes with them to attach them to the bag it's also good quality. Once the tags are looped, I use a hair dryer to warm the plastic loop and shape it to stay in place. I will be getting tags next season again!
