*COPYRIGHT NOTICE: Stinky Lockers takes copyright seriously. Copyright includes the sole right to reproduce a work, or a substantial part of it. Association and team logos, are protected by copyright. The period for copyright protection differs depending on the type of work and who created it. For most works, the period begins with the creation of the work, and extends for the life of the author plus 50 years from the end of the calendar year in which the author died. Works protected by copyright may be copied only if authorized by the copyright owner or an authorized agent of the copyright owner, or if permitted by the Copyright Act. Under the Copyright Act, it is not an infringement to reproduce less than a "substantial part" of a work. What constitutes a "substantial part" can be difficult to determine, as the amount copied is only one factor. The Copyright Act also contains exceptions to infringement.  These and other exceptions are set out in the Copyright Act. Stinky Lockers relies on its customers to respect copyright, but does reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any Stinky order if in our judgment an infringement of copyright may occur.
